Freight Shipping Policy

Large and heavy Skoopsi products ship by freight (LTL) carrier. Freight shipping is free, just like all our shipping.

Which Items Ship by Freight?

Pergolas, gazebos, BBQ grills, fire pit tables, hot tubs and other large items usually ship by freight. Smaller items ship by regular parcel carriers.

Delivery Time

Freight orders follow the same timeline as all orders: 1–2 business days processing + 3–5 business days transit = 4–7 business days total. Orders placed before 12:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday to Friday, start processing the same business day.

Delivery Appointment

The freight carrier will call or text you to schedule a delivery appointment. Please make sure your phone number is correct at checkout. An adult (18+) must be present to receive and sign for the delivery.

Curbside Delivery

Freight delivery is curbside: the driver brings the shipment to the end of your driveway or the nearest accessible point at street level. Drivers do not carry items into your home or backyard or assemble them. Please plan to have help moving heavy items.

Inspect Before You Sign

Count the boxes and check them for visible damage before signing.
If there is damage, write “damaged” with a short description on the delivery receipt before you sign.
Take photos of the damage and the packaging.
Report it to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a free replacement, replacement parts or a full refund.

Missed Deliveries

If you miss the scheduled appointment, the carrier will contact you to reschedule. Please contact us if you have trouble reaching the carrier.

Freight Returns

Freight items can be returned within 30 days of delivery under our Refund & Return Policy. We will arrange the freight pickup for you. There is no restocking fee; the customer pays the return freight cost, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong.
