Assembly Required
Most Skoopsi products need some assembly. Every product comes with a step-by-step manual and the hardware needed.

Installation
Skoopsi does not provide on-site assembly or installation services. For pergolas and gazebos, we recommend a qualified local installer or handyman, especially where anchoring into concrete or decking is needed. Any installer costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Safety Requirements
- Gas products are for outdoor use only. Always run a soap-water leak test after connecting a propane tank.
- Keep fire pits, heaters, grills and pizza ovens at a safe distance from walls, roofs, trees and furniture, as listed in the manual.
- Anchor pergolas, gazebos and umbrellas securely to resist wind.
- Place hot tubs on a flat, level surface that can support the full weight of water and people.
- Check local building codes and HOA rules before installing permanent structures.
Assembly and Your Warranty
Damage caused by incorrect assembly or installation is not covered by the 2-year warranty. Assembling a product does not affect your right to return it within 30 days, as long as it is unused, undamaged and complete. There is no restocking fee, and the customer pays return shipping.
