Billing Terms & Conditions

These Billing Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made on skoopsi.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Pricing

All prices are in US Dollars. We work to keep prices accurate. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we will contact you before shipping and you may choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

2. Payment Authorization

By submitting an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and you authorize Skoopsi to charge the full order total, including any applicable sales tax.

3. Order Verification

We may verify orders to prevent fraud. We may hold or cancel orders that cannot be verified, and any charge will be fully refunded.

4. Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged where required by law and is shown at checkout before you pay.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping is free on every order. No shipping charges will be added to your bill.

6. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

  • Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before shipping.
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Refunds are issued within 30 days after we receive your return, to the original payment method.
  • There is no restocking fee.
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong.

7. Afterpay

Afterpay purchases are also subject to Afterpay’s own terms. Refunds on Afterpay orders are processed back through Afterpay. See How to Use Afterpay at Checkout.

8. Chargebacks

Please contact us first if you have a billing problem – most issues can be solved quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay the resolution.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
