These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of skoopsi.com and any purchase you make from Skoopsi. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using Our Website

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate information and not to misuse our website.

2. Products and Descriptions

We work to describe and display our products accurately. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen. If a product is not as described, you may return it under our Refund & Return Policy.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices are in US Dollars. Payment terms are described in our Billing Policy and Billing Terms & Conditions.

4. Shipping

Shipping is free on every order, with a total delivery time of 4–7 business days. See our Shipping Policy.

5. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they ship. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, refunds are issued within 30 days after we receive the return, and there is no restocking fee. The customer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong.

6. Warranty

Skoopsi products include a 2-year warranty from the delivery date. See Warranty & Replacement.

7. Safe Use

Always follow the product manual and safety warnings. Gas products must be used outdoors only, in well-ventilated areas, and checked for leaks before use. Skoopsi is not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse, improper assembly or failure to follow instructions, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the Skoopsi name, logo, images and text, belongs to Skoopsi and may not be copied without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Skoopsi’s total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
